Japan Town Highrise is a mixed-use tower that integrates living, commerce, and dining into a cohesive vertical neighborhood. Designed as a model for sustainable urban density, the project fosters social connection while promoting environmental responsibility.

The building includes 510 thoughtfully designed apartments, offering diverse layouts to accommodate varied lifestyles. Expansive glazing maximizes daylight, private balconies extend living spaces outward, and energy-efficient systems enhance comfort while reducing environmental impact.

At street level, a vibrant marketplace forms the social heart of the project. Supporting local vendors and artisans, the market creates an interactive community hub that strengthens ties to the surrounding Japan Town district. Adjacent to the market, a sustainably focused restaurant anchors the corner, encouraging shared dining experiences and neighborhood engagement.

Above the commercial base, shared amenity spaces and landscaped terraces promote resident interaction and provide opportunities for relaxation and co-working. Japan Town Highrise functions as a vertical village—balancing density, sustainability, and community within a unified architectural framework.
